About Donald Pearson

My name Is Donald Pearson and I'm a realtor with eXp Realty. My passion is and has been in real estate and construction for 38 years. I've been a License Realtor since 2016 Learning mainly in the field of being an investor, but now transitioning to clients as an agent.

 My goal as a real estate agent is to list for sellers as well as find valuable and viable homes for buyers to their needs and satisfaction. I've worked in several fields in the real estate industry, starting with working as a journeyman carpenter doing union carpentry work. I'm very experienced in building and remodeling. My specialty is kitchens, bathrooms and basements. I'm also a certified home inspector with NCI Associates, Ltd. since 2011, And have done several home inspections for potential home buyers. I'm also trained and certified as a lead supervisor and asbestos.
 
I strive to help all clients who buy or sale their home with little effort and zero tension! Taking clients through a non-painstaking transaction that will allow them to experience the joy of selling or buying. I look forward to solving as many client problems as possible. Many clients need help with education on credit, lending and the total process of buying or how to get their homes sold. I look forward to Educating and answering pertinent questions through listing & buyer consultation.
